Sunrise Lactation uses MilkNotes, a HIPPA compliant web-based app, to communicate with medical providers and clients. Once you book, you will receive a link to our parent portal via email. Please fill this out as soon as possible. After your consultation, within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be able to access your care plan for each appointment, send messages directly to Tricia Kezar, RN, IBCLC. Telehealth is also available through MilkNotes.

Please prepare a comfortable spot for you to feed your baby and allow me to set up my scale on a flat surface.

I will initiate a video call through the HIPAA compliant, private platform MilkNotes.

Cancellation Policy

There may be instances in which you book an appointment but later realize you need to cancel or reschedule said appointment. You have the ability to do so within your client portal account. Please note that cancellations less than 24 hours from the start of your scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
